I have always been looking for a Christian web hosting company. Although I haven’t found a Christian Web Host as such I definitely recommend Bluehost.
Ignite Your Ministry have recently partnered with them after Bluehost improving their hosting portfolio.
Bluehost have recently made some excellent additions to their hosting plans and from literally $6.95 a month you can have unlimited domains and unlimited bandwith and disk space.
This is awesome.

I checked out Bluehost as you suggested and the $250 up front is a little steep for someone getting started. How have you found the response on tech problems and the willing to help a customer fix problems? Do they have cpanel?

They have been excellent with me. To answer your questions yes they do have cpanel and concerning the $250 upfront cost. A client of mine purchased 12 months hosting through them for $97 last week.
I think you may be looking at the 3 year option.
